📦 Shipping & Delivery
All our orders are lovingly prepared and shipped from Barcelona, Spain.
Yes, we ship to all of the European Union, the US, and a large part of Latin America. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination and can be found in our shipping policy.
For shipments within the European Union, you will only have to pay tax (VAT) according to the country you are in, in addition to shipping. This will be automatically calculated on the checkout page. You will not have to pay any additional fees.
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to local import taxes, customs, or duties depending on the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping costs and are the sole responsibility of the customer, in accordance with our shipping policy. We recommend consulting with your country's customs office if you have any questions before making a purchase.
Yes, you heard right. At the moment, we only do individual shipments from Spain to Colombia. We are working with our partners to offer you direct shipments from within Colombia, to reduce your shipping costs and avoid additional import taxes.
✨ Jewelry Care (UV Resin)
The central pieces of our jewelry are handcrafted using high-quality UV resin – a lightweight, resistant polymer that allows us to encapsulate unique designs.
The findings (metal parts such as rings, hooks, clasps, etc.) are made of stainless steel, gold-plated, or silver-plated, providing a completely safe material for skin contact, as it is hypoallergenic.
Other materials you might find in your accessories include acrylic pieces, semi-precious stones, cotton or suede cords, among others.
UV resin requires some simple but important care:
Avoid direct sunlight: Although resin hardens with UV rays, avoid storing your jewelry exposed to prolonged sunlight to prevent it from losing color or turning yellow.
Keep away from heat: Extreme heat can temporarily soften the resin. Avoid leaving it in your car for extended periods on very hot days.
Be careful with chemicals: Put on your jewelry after applying perfumes, creams, or hairspray. Chemicals can dull the shine.
Can they get wet? While they are water-resistant, you will preserve your jewelry better by avoiding prolonged contact with water. We recommend taking them off before showering, swimming in the pool (chlorine damages the finish), or in the sea.
It's very easy. You just need to rub it gently with a dry microfiber cloth (like the one for glasses). If it has any stains, you can use a cloth slightly dampened with warm water and neutral soap. Dry it immediately and never use abrasive products or silver cleaners on the resin.
💳 Orders and Returns
If you need to make any changes, please write to us as soon as possible at contacto@andinajoyeria.com and we will do our best to help you. If the order has already been shipped, unfortunately we will not be able to modify it.
Yes, you have 14 days from the receipt of your package to request a return, provided that the accessory is in its original and unused condition. To make a return, send an email to contacto@andinajoyeria.com and we will review your case. However, returns are not valid for personalized items or any items included in a promotional sales campaign with discounts for imperfections/clearance, or when indicated.
